Firstly, I'd like to state that our arrival to the East Hill Inn was late at night. We were immediately assisted in booking the LAST room left at the inn. Ange (owner) was phenomenal! She provided us with real 'down home' hospitality. The room was without a coffee machine but the other guests informed us that's it's made fresh every morning in the lobby Sun room. We decided to ask for a coffee machine and once again, immediately we were provided with a machine and all the fixings for morning caffeine. The lobby sun room came equipped with a toy section for our 3 year old. They even allowed her to take some toys back to the room for the night. William, assisted me with printing of documents and Ange helped in the morning with more documents as I was not prepared with a printer. Free WIFI was a big deal and not expected as this Inn is an 'off the side of the road' place. I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable, and secure my family and I felt for the whole night. One of the guests even shared a story with us that the owner put in a horse shoe pit just because the guys asked for something to do during their stay and horse shoes would be fun. Ange (owner) was a true Angel to me. Thank you so much for your kind words Ange, and good luck with your little Inn! If we are EVER back in Warsaw, I will definitely stop by, even if it's to say Hi!
The newly renovated rooms are clean, modern, and super comfortable. The bathroom has a great rain shower, and the 55-inch TV is a nice touch. Everything feels fresh and high-end — a great stay!

Feel Like Stay with a friend. This place is dated, but the owner was very friendly. The room size is ok. Clean. Fair for this price. save. quiet. It is 7 minutes from Walmart and McDonald and 22 minutes from Letchworth State Park
Solid four star review with great thanks to Ange for her kindness and generosity. She's a great owner and this has a very clean feel for an older style motel. We used this as a jumping off point for our visit to Letchworth State Park, and appreciated the high-end Mennonite style solid wood furniture in the room. As expected there are a few edges but this is a real four star review. Great value, thanks again!
Classic motel-style Inn. Clean, affordable. Actual key given for rooms. Amenities are frugal: TV was smaller, no microwave in room, nor coffee maker. There is a microwave and coffee maker avail in lobby. Coffee selection down the hill at the 7eleven was actually pretty good and cheap. Relatively close to Letchworth. Owners very friendly.
I am on the road a lot!! I rely on the mom and pop shops I encounter on the road. Years ago I discovered this diamond in the rough! Great ownership/management! BBQ area even horseshoe pits!! With the modest prices and the up to date rooms, it is sure to be a pleasurable experience!!!
Hidden gem! Super clean, quiet and very modern room. Its very safe will definitely be staying here again.
The manager was lovely and helped whenever we needed her. Honestly, other than the mini fridge needing a tray under it, I couldn't have asked for more for the price. Traveling with kids is hard, but my boys had a blast here.
